  • Trading hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am-3.00pm (QLD)
  • Bash premises is at 11 Meteor St, Coorparoo, Brisbane, Qld 4151.
  • Gift boxes including alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years of age. Due to new licensing laws, gifts containing alcohol may not be purchased by the recipient. Also, alcohol in any gift may not constitute for more than 50% of the entire gift’s value therefore if additional alcohol is requested and exceeds this limit, a separate gift containing the additional alcohol may need to be purchased.
  • For photographic purposes props are sometimes used that are not included in the actual gift, however all gift contents are itemized in full.
  • Due to occasional supplier limitations, we reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock. We guarantee any replacement item used to be of equal or greater value than the original item and take care to ensure the substitution exceeds your expectations.
  • All goods remain the property of Private & Corporate Gift Concepts by BASH until they are paid for in full.
  • All gift prices include GST but do not include delivery charges.
  • Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours prior to dispatch, but cannot be cancelled once the gift has left our premises.
  • Bulk and customised orders for private or corporate purposes require advance arrangement of at least 7-10 working days to organise stock and suitable delivery options. Contact us for a quotation. All bulk orders will require a deposit on confirmation.

  • We believe we have chosen highly reputable courier companies and whilst we endeavour to deliver your gifts promptly and on your requested date, we cannot guarantee that there will not be delays for reasons beyond our control, for example, weather, traffic conditions, theft, damage or delays by our courier contractors. Hence, late deliveries do not constitute a failure of our agreement, and do not entitle cancellation of an order.
  • Reference to ‘next business day’ delivery refers to Brisbane & Sydney metropolitan areas only. If your gift is being sent to anywhere outside these metropolitan areas, the delivery time will be longer.
  • All gifts must be signed for by someone at the recipients address, if this cannot be arranged then a card will be left by the courier company for the recipient to re-arrange delivery at another time. If there are any further charges incurred for this service they will be passed on to the sender. Requests can be made at the time of ordering to leave the gift in a safe, undercover area if it is an accessible residential property.
  • Bash Gifts do not offer a timed delivery service. Although we ask for recipients contact details we cannot arrange for them to be there or to arrange a specific time of delivery. In the event of a delivery problem that we are made aware of we may phone the recipient to try and sort it out as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
  • If the address details you give us are incomplete or incorrect, then any re-delivery charges incurred will be passed on.
  • There is no Sunday or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.
  • In the event that a gift is received excessively damaged or a product is faulty, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will assess the situation for replacement or refund on an individual basis.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us immediately if an order does not arrive. On contacting us, we will work with our couriers to track the order and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
  • Any bulk orders require prior arrangement by phoning us on 0422 852 275 or emailing us at info@bash.net.au to arrange a quote for delivery.
  • International delivery is available on request. Certain gift items will not be suitable to send but contact us for a quote. At this stage we will use Australia Post International Parcel Post and therefore are restricted to their pricing and delivery time guidelines. Customs laws will also be applicable

privacy policy

  • Any personal information submitted BASH for the purpose of processing an order or enquiry will be used solely for the intention of processing orders, maintaining sales records, or for any special communications to you of new products and services.
  • All information you give us is strictly confidential and will not be used in any unauthorized way, nor disclosed to any other parties.
